Structured cable routing without disassembling the cable harness
The Kaschone system is a two-part device for guiding and sorting cables in buildings and technical facilities.
Conventional methods use rigid plates with openings. For larger cable runs, these plates must either be pulled completely through to the end or laboriously removed. In complex installations, this leads to unnecessary time expenditure and an increased risk of errors.
The Kashon system takes a different approach.
Modular grid principle
The device consists of two molded parts with integrated handles and comb-like structures. The molded parts can be rotated 90 degrees relative to each other and inserted into one another. This creates a defined grid with openings through which cables can be guided, secured, and organized.
This grid enables:
- clear sorting of individual lines
- defined positioning in the cable harness
- structured bundling
- Overview of existing or missing cables
The templates are installed at sufficiently small intervals and at important points in the cable harness and fixed, for example, with cable ties.
Remove without pulling
The decisive advantage of the system lies in its disassembly.
Once the cable harness is aligned and permanently fixed, the two molded parts can be separated. The template can be removed without having to pull the cable harness through to the end or unbundle any existing cables.
Especially in large or complex installations, this means a significant time saving and reduces mechanical stress on the cables.
Reduction of stress and sources of error
At critical points such as bends in the cable duct, the system stabilizes the cables during installation. This minimizes physical stress and prevents changes in length or unwanted twisting.

Material and construction
The device is preferably made of thermoplastic material such as PETG. The handles are ergonomically designed and feature insertion aids that facilitate the assembly of the comb structures.
The design allows for repeated use without damaging the cables.
